CRMS promotes and encourages the improvement of patient safety and quality, by recording and analysis of incidents that occur in healthcare organizations. The CRMS  identify, analyze and prevent incidents, but also define, plan and track improvement actions and preventive measures.

 

CRMS has the following modules:

 

 

  1. Notify: allows professionals to report incidents in a structured manner, using any registration questionnaire
  2. Inventory: to identify and assess risks proactively
  3. Incident Analysis Module: Allows to analyze the incidents to systematically identify risks and prevent avoidable errors.
  • Investigate: The CRMS provides the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Anticipate - Analysis Failure Mode and Effects (FMEA): This module is a very prospective method of analysis used to identify and predict hazardous situations in the healthcare process.
  1. Improve: to define, plan and track the improvement measures, preventive measures or changes in the organization.CRMS software features a high range of features and because it is easily customizable according to needs and preferences of each organization.
