I have been involved in the management of healthcare institutions for more than 20 years. My professional career has developed around the progressive acquisition of knowledge to better understand the subtleties of the life and organization of a healthcare organization.
To this end, I have consecutively held the positions of Quality Manager in an ISO environment (Clinique les Sorbiers d’Issoire), Group Management Control Manager in charge of 8 MCO centers and 1 EHPAD (GBNA Polycliniques in Bordeaux), Administrative and Financial Director (CMC de l’Europe in Port-Marly) and MCO Director (Vitalia, Saint-Gatien Group). I have also progressively assimilated transversal knowledge (quality, finance, management, human resources, strategy…) enabling me to improve the operation and efficiency of the hospital in the service of the general interest.
At the same time, I was a member of the Economic and Strategic Committee of the FHP (Fédération des cliniques et Hôpitaux Privés de France) for 5 years, which helped me to understand the health policy environment. I consolidated this more global approach with my graduation at ESSEC on General Hospital Management.
I am currently immersed in the consulting sector in order to bring my professional experience in public or private entities such as the ARS Grand-Est, the CHU of Bordeaux, the Hôpitaux de la Côte d’Or or the Centre Hospitalier de Meyrin (Switzerland).
In the Antares Consulting team, I wish to work in a spirit of reinforcement of collaboration between consultants in order to seek the best satisfaction of the clients who trust us.
