Over the last 22 years I have dedicated my professional career to consulting in the health sector and I am currently a Partner of Antares Consulting and co-founder of the company.
As a consultant, I have guided leading organisations in the health sector, both nationally and internationally, to obtain the best results in the development of strategy projects, care plans, investment development and evaluation plans, operational efficiency analysis and management of biomedical research and innovation.
Since 2006, I have been co-director and lecturer of the Master’s in Healthcare Organisation Management at ESADE Business School.
I am interested in sharing and disseminating knowledge to help improve healthcare systems, publishing articles on the healthcare sector and regularly participating as a speaker at numerous events in the sector
