The first part of the report Health ProspectING2018 is dedicated to the analysis of indicators that allow to compare the Belgian hospital system with other selected countries:

– Perception of care
– Human resources
– Bed management
The second part of the study focuses on the challenges of efficient management of hospital stays and identifies initiatives grouped into three levels:
– Macro: relating to the regulation of the system, its regulatory framework or its financing
– Meso: from the management level of the institutions
– Micro: developed at both operational and professional practice levels.
