It is a guide to promote the management of this chain, through 23 evaluation indicators.

The first part of the report focuses on how to implement the project management process: from the diagnosis to the selection of indicators according to the needs, the creation of common references and orientation of indicators to action, etc.

The second part deals with implementation: using the action plan outline and practical modalities to manage the receiving-invoicing-collection chain

It includes two cases that illustrate the evaluation process: Hospices Civils de Lyon and a fictitious hospital.
